Welcome to the 101ST Tower Team!

We will be competing against 103 Street Centre, and National Bank Centre facilities! Each tower will compete to climb an elevation of 10,000m, as represented on your respective building (see poster in the entrance of each fitness centre). The team to reach the top of their own tower the most times throughout July and August will be the winner!

THE WINNING PRIZE:

The winning tower (team participants) will receive a prize pack of items and gift cards to share with a total value of $2000! Read the rules to understand our best chance of being the winning team. Consistently submit your floors climbed every week (full team participation means big bonuses).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Every MONDAY, submit your previous week's elevation stats HERE. You will need to include photos or screenshots from your fitness tracker of your floors climbed. Elevation will be calculated by using the "Floors" stat from any wearable fitness tracker or fitness app you use on your phone. We will be using the conversion of 1 floor = 3m. The team's progress will be calculated based on the average meters climbed each week.

*Stairmaster and incline treadmill workouts do not show up as elevation on fitness trackers, so these efforts will need to be submitted as photos of your end screen to be added to your weekly total.

WEEKLY BONUS STRUCTURE:

Bonus meters will be added to your team total to reward higher percentages of participation.

Over 50% of the team makes submissions = +50 meters

Over 75% of the team makes submissions = +75 meters

100% of the team makes submissions = +100 meters

ELIMINATION RULES:

Team members who miss 2 weeks of submissions will be ELIMINATED from the team. Your name will simply be removed from the group, and you will no longer be included if Team 101 wins the big prize!

*let me know if you are going on vacation in an out of service area to make arrangements to submit those weeks when you return.
