Code of Conduct & Facility Guidelines
The 10250 Wellness Centre is a shared amenity designed to support the health and wellbeing of building tenants. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users, members are expected to follow the guidelines below.
Access & Eligibility

The Wellness Centre is available exclusively to authorized building tenants.

Guests are not permitted in the facility.

Users must be 18 years of age or older.

Building access credentials must not be shared.
Attire & Footwear

Athletic footwear must be worn at all times while using the facility.

Members must wear appropriate athletic clothing suitable for exercise.

Clothing or accessories that may damage equipment are not permitted.
Equipment Use

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

Dropping weights is not permitted. Please control weights at all times.

Chalk is not permitted in the facility.

Members must return equipment to its designated storage area after use.

Please wipe down equipment after each use using the cleaning supplies provided.

Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Fitness Concierge.
Cleanliness & Food Policy

Only water in sealed plastic or metal bottles is permitted on the fitness floor.

Food and other beverages are not permitted in the facility.
-
Members are expected to help maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Respectful Use of the Space

Please be mindful of other members and share equipment during busy periods.

Strong fragrances or heavily scented products should be avoided to ensure a comfortable environment for all users.

Photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval from building management.

Music, videos, or phone calls must be listened to with headphones.
Personal Training & Instruction

External personal trainers or fitness instructors are not permitted to provide services within the Wellness Centre.

Only approved trainers operating through JAXFitness are authorized to provide personal training or fitness instruction in the facility.
Personal Belongings

Gym bags and personal belongings should be stored in lockers or designated areas.

Items should not be left unattended on the fitness floor.

The Wellness Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Safety

Members should exercise within their own ability level and use equipment responsibly.

If you are unsure how to use equipment, please ask the Fitness Concierge for assistance.
Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with the Wellness Centre Code of Conduct may result in suspension or revocation of facility access.
