HIIT & Lift

Yoga Flow

Enjoy this 45 minute relaxing and restorative yoga class as our experienced yoga coach guides you through various sequences to loosen your hips, shoulders and full body. Focused breathwork and mindful practices will have you heading into your afternoon feeling fresh and rejuvenated!

Spin

Spin is a fun, motivating indoor cycling class that builds cardiovascular fitness while fostering community. Ride together through intervals and climbs, with options to modify intensity at any time. Whether you’re looking to sweat, de-stress, or reconnect with movement, this class meets you where you’re at.
