Looking for a way to kick-off your meditation practice and start a long-lasting routine? Let go of all your misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breath and get ready to find complete balance and total Zen. I created this 21-day meditation challenge to help you develop a sustainable and mindful routine that can support you well into your future. In a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming, I believe in the power of simple, consistent practices to bring balance and clarity. This challenge is designed to guide you toward building consistency in meditation, an important step in calming both the mind and body. My hope is that it serves not just as a guide, but as a companion on your journey toward greater peace, presence, and well-being. We will cycle through guided, self guided and integration practicing, slowly increasing our times of calm and stillness each day we enter a new session. You will then reflect on your practices with journal prompts to help track your successes and the road blocks you encountered. You can find a copy of the handbook as well to follow along through these next 21 days with all your prompts and cues to help keep you consistent and on track. Ultimately creating a life long habit you can turn to when you feel stuck or stressed during these unpredictable times.
